We have scheduled a maintenance window to provide necessary fiber circuit updates for March 19th, 2020. This work is scheduled to occur between 6:00PM and 7:00PM (EST). Once completed, this update will increase redundancy and capacity on our network, improving overall performance.
Please note, we are executing this maintenance in a manner that takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency in order to ensure minimal impact on your services, and no further action is required on your part. During this maintenance window, the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss.
